Intrum bids for NPL unit from Cerved
The Swedish debt collector Intrum is currently negotiating with the Italian financial group Cerved. As was announced on Sunday, the Scandinavian company wants to acquire the NPL unit of the Italians.
Intrum has already been active in Italy since acquiring the Italian collection company CAF at the end of 2017. The following year, the Swedish company signed a contract worth 3.6 billion euros with the bank Intesa Sanpaolo and founded the joint venture Intrum Italy. Reuters
