Haya sells first NPL portfolio via Debitos

Haya Titulización, a subsidiary of Spanish credit service and asset manager Haya Real Estate, has successfully completed its first NPL sale through Debitos GmbH’s online credit marketplace. The €10.3M portfolio AyT Hipotecario Mixto III consists of defaulted real estate loans in Spain. The sale was completed on October 24, 2018. The transaction is the first result of the cooperation between Haya, Beka Finance and Debitos, which was officially announced in June. Observatorioinmobiliario.es
