Debitos sells KA Finanz loans
All good things come in threes: This summer, Debitos auctioned off a 17.4-million-euro loan portfolio from KA Finanz AG in Vienna. In late October, the online credit marketplace from Frankfurt arranged the sale of two further performing loans of the Austrian state-owned company with a nominal value of 71.7 million euros. The current transactions also consisted of loans that were used to finance infrastructure projects in the SEE region that are expected to be returned by mid-2022.
KA Finanz AG is the wind-down entity and legal successor of the former Kommunalkredit and is fully owned and guaranteed by the Republic of Austria. The company is responsible for the structured reduction of the strategic portfolio. The transactions were again introduced to Debitos by TRACE Capital. The financial boutique from Vienna and the online credit marketplace Debitos have been cooperating since the summer of this year.
